WIEDIKOJI
TAVOLATAS
Wiedikoji is an established Zurich super club collective with international fusion cuisine. At the 2025 Street Food Festival, they'll present two formats that combine culinary arts with a sharing concept and storytelling. The Tavolatas are always for 20 people — an exclusive experience you shouldn't miss.
BREAKFAST TAVOLATA
As part of the Street Food Breakfast Club, Wiedikoji invites you to a breakfast Tavolata. Let your taste buds be tantalised by small, inspiring dishes served at long tables for sharing. A very special morning treat awaits you.
A reservation is required for this exclusive event, as there is only room for 20 people. Don't miss this out.

On three evenings, Wiedikoji will be hosting an exclusive Tavolata culinary experience as part of the Street Food Festival. Be amazed by the exceptional Japanese fusion cuisine, which you can share with friends.

FABIAN LANGE is a chef, author, and owner of Le Saucier. He is known for his refined, down-to-earth cuisine with Swiss roots and a creative signature. As part of the Street Food Festival Zurich 2025, he is realising a special format that combines cuisine, literature, and hospitality.
TAVOLATA WITH Book presentation
Fabian Lange is organizing an exclusive Tavolata for up to 100 people at the Street Food Festival - accompanied by a reading from his new book “ Swiss Tavolata ”.
This evening, our visitors will not only experience his stories, but also be served dishes taken directly from the book – a multisensory experience of words and flavors.
