On WED, 11.6. we start with a PRE-OPENING Tasting NIGHt , where you can discover selected culinary highlights of the upcoming festival in advance with delicious bites.
Tickets for the event are available in PRESALE or at the box office.
From THU, 12.6. - SUN, 6.7., all food lovers can look forward to the hottest foodies & newcomers on the scene, breakfast fans can arrange to meet at the Breakfast Club on two weekends, friends of eating & chatting together can meet for changing Tavolatas and lovers of table service can enjoy our changing Pop-Up Restaurants.
Our varied Program during the festival also promises you the best entertainment at the Family Weekend with games, flea market & disco, Cool Monday after-work parties, live concerts with Andy McSean, hip hop specials ...

STREET FOOD FESTIVAL
THE ORIGINAL
In August 2014, the Zurich Street Food Festival kicked off the street food movement in Switzerland. During this time, our guests were able to experience more than 500 foodies from over 70 nations.
A changing culinary offering with selected delicacies from near and far, lovingly decorated trucks and stalls, an attractive supporting program for all ages, a circus tent, pennant garlands, fairy lights and a lot of attention to detail are our trademarks, which we approach every year with a fresh perspective and creative ideas for our guests.
The Zurich “Original” has also established itself in the international street food scene as a mobile platform for culinary arts, gastronomy and entertainment, so that every year we are able to welcome numerous foodies and specialists from all over Europe to the festival.

At the Street Food Breakfast Club on 14./15.6. & 5./6.7. , you can sample a wide selection of breakfast delicacies, delicious coffee, fresh juices, and much more from 10 - 15 h while enjoying chill-out music.
The Long Table: A shared breakfast (by Wiedikoji)
If you would like to go on a little culinary breakfast trip, you can book in at the WIEDIKOJI Tavolata to sample the finest breakfast specialities of international fusion cuisine together at one table.

Fabian Lange is a chef, author, and owner of Le Saucier—known for his sophisticated, down-to-earth cuisine with Swiss roots and a creative touch. As part of the Street Food Festival Zurich 2025, he is realising a special format that combines culinary arts, literature, and hospitality.

With their international fusion cuisine, the Korean-Swiss team is captivating the Zurich gastronomy scene and has something very special prepared for the 2025 Street Food Festival. Look forward to a culinary journey with the Wiedikoji team.

Eating together. Sharing fine delicacies. Time for enjoyment and conversation. At the Street Food Festival 2025, we will collaborate with established Zurich restaurants to create culinary experiences by sharing concepts around a long, beautifully set table.
GOOD TO KNOW: If you would like to attend, please reserve a spot in advance, as there are only a limited number of places available for the Tavolatas.
POP-UP RESTAURANTS
New this year are our two pop-up restaurants, which combine a culinary street food experience with a table-service restaurant setting in a cosy atmosphere – authentic, warm and full of character.
The temporary restaurants take place on different dates under the decorated tent roof, and a beautiful terrace with parasols for a relaxed and enjoyable time.
Good to know: You have the option of reserving your table in advance or dropping by during your visit to the festival.
It looks like a hot dog, tastes like a burger, but is officially a sandwich: once working in the Michelin-starred restaurants "Noma" and "Arzak," Till Roth has now opened his sandwich shop "Thunder Buns" and will spoil you with his delicacies in a cosy atmosphere in our pop-up restaurant at the Street Food Festival.
"At Kusina, we bring the flavors of the Philippines directly to Zurich; authentic, fresh, and prepared with love." With their creative touch, they reinterpret Filipino classics and offer their dishes with a twist: in a sandwich, inspired by Swiss bread culture, or in the classic style with a portion of rice, as is popular in the Philippines.

ENJOYMENT TIME
STREET FOOD FESTIVAL is a special place to start the summer with friends and family - for an open-air lunch, a sweet treat with a coffee in the afternoon, an after-work aperitif with a sundowner, or for both small and large appetites in the evening.
More than 40 food stands and bars are located across the square, with plenty of cozy seatings and quiet corners in between. A large table for a communal tavolata as well as the pop-up restaurants invite you to enjoy a relaxed get-together with service included. Numerous shelters offer the perfect protection in case of too much sun or bad weather.
A special highlight is our selected entertainment program for all ages, which includes live bands, Cool Monday, Hip Hop evenings, game afternoons, children's flea market & disco... as well as our special food program with the pre-opening tasting night, breakfast club on two weekends, food workshops and much more.

Zurich main station to Hardturm bridge
If you want to go from Zurich main station to Hardturmbrache, the fastest option is tram line 17, direction “Werdhölzli”, directly to the “Hardturm” stop.
If you want to go from Hardbrücke to Hardturmbrqache, take tram line 8, direction «Hardturm», directly to the final stop «Hardturm» (journey time approx. 8 minutes).
