Street Food Festival 2025

NEW! NEW!

POP-UP
RESTAURANTS

This year, the Street Food Festival is expanding its offerings to include a real dining experience with reservations. In our Pop-Up Restaurant, you can combine a culinary street food experience with a table-service restaurant setting in a cozy atmosphere – authentic, warm, and full of character.

The culinary event starts with THUNDER BUNS from THU, 12. - SUN, 22.6 , followed by KUSINA from Mon, 23.6. - sun, 6.7.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The temporary restaurant will run throughout the festival and will be operated consecutively by two popular Zurich restaurateurs. Thunder Buns, under the direction of Tim Roth and his kitchen team, will kick things off with their very special sandwich creations, followed by KUSINA, who will offer Filipino delicacies with a Swiss twist.

The pop-up restaurant takes place under a decorated tent roof with a beautifully landscaped terrace and parasols.

GOOD TO KNOW:

You have the option of reserving your table in advance or dropping by during your festival visit.

If it rains, the side walls can be closed so that you can still visit the restaurant.

With their creative touch, the KUSINA kitchen team reinterprets Filipino classics, creating an inviting atmosphere where guests can discover, share, and enjoy together. They offer their dishes with delicate Filipino flavors with a special twist: either as a sandwich—inspired by Swiss bread culture—or in the classic style with a portion of rice, as is known and loved in the Philippines. This combines the best of both worlds and is perfect for anyone who appreciates good food.
